Make it exclusive

Once the exclusive licence is confirmed and payment is completed, the track is permanently removed from the catalogue.

What does “exclusive” mean?

It means the track will not be licensed to another client after your exclusive licence has been completed.

The music remains the intellectual property of its composer. An exclusive licence gives you the agreed exclusive usage rights; it does not transfer authorship or copyright ownership.

Applicable public-performance and performing-rights royalties remain with the composer.

A quick note about availability

An enquiry does not reserve a track. Exclusivity is confirmed only when the licence terms have been agreed and payment has been completed.
